About GEMP Consulting
GEMP Consulting helps German companies enter and scale in Egypt - from first orientation to stable operations. Our goal is to give you a complete, realistic picture from day one so your decisions are based on facts and execution reality, not assumptions: market and site logic, cost and supply chain structure, risks, timelines, and what implementation truly takes on the ground.
